It seems to me that very few people are using the chat system available for each substack account, whose holders use facebook groups (like you) or discord (for better discoverability, exposure, etc). But having it all under one roof might be easier. I wonder if it is not because, in case you want to change platform, I imagine that migrating the content of a chat or forum must be like in the case of comments in Substack: You can not migrate them.
